The queens of RuPaul’s Drag Race All Stars Season 6 are about to hear that “Boom Clap” when they step out onto the runway.
Last month, we RuVealed the 13 queens rising from the ashes to claim their spot in the Drag Race Hall of Fame. Now, a new trailer for Drag Race All Stars Season 6 has us busy thinking about “Boys” because pop singer Charli XCX is one of the celebs who will be joining Ru and Michelle Visage behind the judges’ table.
In addition to Charli XCX, the other sickening stars who will join the judgy Judies this season are Aisha Tyler, Big Freedia, Emma Roberts, Jamal Sims, Justin Simien, Tia Mowry, Tina Knowles-Lawson, and fashion designer Zaldy, plus special appearances from Alec Mapa, Angela Bassett, Cheyenne Jackson, Fortune Feimster, Jermaine Fowler, Tanya Tucker, and Miss Piggy (yes, the Miss Piggy!).
The new preview also gives us a taste of a show-stopping talent show — and of course, plenty of drama backstage. Plus, Ru teases a twist, telling the queens they are playing “a game within a game.”
The 13 queens who will be competing this season are A’Keria C. Davenport (Season 11), Eureka! (Season 9, 10), Ginger Minj (Season 7, All Stars 2), Jan (Season 12), Jiggly Caliente (Season 4), Pandora Boxx (Season 2, All Stars 1), Ra’Jah O’Hara (Season 11), Scarlet Envy (Season 11), Serena ChaCha (Season 5), Silky Nutmeg Ganache (Season 11), Kylie Sonique Love (Season 2), Trinity K. Bonet (Season 6), and Yara Sofia (Season 3, All Stars 1).
“13 All Stars deliver one of the best Drag Race seasons ever!” RuPaul said in a previous statement. “Don’t take my word for it. You’ve got to stream it to believe it.”
Back in February, ViacomCBS announced that RuPaul’s Drag Race All Stars would be moving from VH1 to Paramount+, its new streaming platform. Now we know All Stars will launch on Thursday, June 24, with two all-new episodes. Future episodes will then drop weekly along with a new season of Untucked.
