The Beekman Boys’ Wedding Marathon Blossoms in These Adorable Photos

The couple hosted 24 hours of nuptials at their New York farm.

Love is in season year-round at the Beekman Boys’ farm.

You may know Josh Kilmer-Purcell and Brent Ridge, a.k.a. the Beekman Boys, as the stars of their eponymous reality TV series or the winners of The Amazing Race Season 21. Perhaps you even discovered them through their popular collaboration with Schitt’s Creek for their Beekman 1802 skincare and home goods line.

The duo decided to spread joy to others by inviting all couples — regardless of gender or sexual orientation — to get married on their Beekman 1802 farm in Sharon Springs, New York, for the “Let Love Bloom” event. For 24 hours on June 26, the six-year anniversary of the Supreme Court legalizing gay marriage nationwide, couples were married on “Matrimony Hill” under a beautiful Tom Fruin glass house art installation. It’s the highest point on their farm, and the spot where Kilmer-Purcell and Ridge exchanged vows themselves years ago, also on June 26.

“This past year has made us all realize the importance of ’moments’ both big and small,” the couple said in a statement. “We thought allowing people to get married inside a work of art was a wonderful way to celebrate love, commitment, beauty, and kindness.”

The weddings began at 8am and lasted for a full 24 hours on the farm, with each couple getting a 15-minute block of time. Each ceremony cost $100, and a portion of the proceeds benefitted New York City’s Ali Forney Center.

While Pride weekend is usually filled with wall-to-wall parties, the Beekman Boys’ “Let Love Bloom” event was a reminder that Pride can be expressed in a variety of ways. Scroll through below to see photos of some of the happy couples who tied the knot during the event.

I write about drag queens. Dolly Parton once ruffled my hair and said I was "just the cutest thing ever."
